Is there a more intuitive place you were looking for to remove a country?

ah, ok, that works. I tried it under the list of where I have been (clicking into North America, then Bermuda was there. drilling down into the details of Bermuda, I expected a remove option there as well. Now that I know, I can deal with it, but you might consider adding it there as well?
